Download Trade History From tradeMONSTER


The tradeMONSTER Account History section allows you to review a live transaction history of your account. You may view an aggregate list of transactions or filter transactions by type or symbol.  Data can be exported to a CSV file.

First,login your tradeMONSTER Account,then from Account menu, click History button.

Explanation of Details

  1. Select Transaction Type

    Select to view All transaction types or select a particular type.

  2. Select Symbol Parameters

    Select All symbols or Custom. Custom allows you to enter a symbol and all trades associated with that symbol and any options will be displayed.

  3. Time Range

    Select the time range for which to view the Account History.  Choose between “Today”, “This week”, “This Month”, or a particular date or a date range across months.

  4. Menu button

    Click to invoke the Menu for the Account History Overview.

  5. Edit Cost Basis

    Click to edit the cost basis of any transferred positions.

  6. Export

    Export screen trade history data to a CSV file for saving and/or manipulating in Excel.

    Click the Save button in another pop-up File Download dialog box.

Run TradeMax® , click tradeMONSTER Account to import trade activity data from local file.

Note: You should select tradeMONSTER *.csv, *.txt as your profile name during the importing process.

Download Your Data File


TradeMax provides you a powerful way to import your data file from your hard drive. You should download your data from your online broker or export it from Microsoft Money or Quicken etc.

  1. You can directly download your data from your online broker. The process is:
    1. Log in to your online Broker’s web site and go to the Account History Section.
    2. Find the Data file option (*.txt,*.qif, *.csv,*.xls).
    3. Select a Time Period for your data file (for example, Start “1/1/2008”, End “12/31/2008”).
    4. Click the download button.
    5. Download the file to your hard drive. Save it to “C:\My Documents\TradeMax”.
  2. You can also copy the data file from your online broker’s website. The process is:
    1. Log in to your online Broker’s web site and go to the Account History Section.
    2. Find the Data file option(*.txt,*.qif, *.csv).
    3. Select a Time Period for your data file (for example, Start “1/1/2008”, End “12/31/2008”).
    4. Display the data file
    5. Select and copy the data file just like the Microsoft excel and past it to a NotePad.
    6. Save it to “C:\My Documents\TradeMax”.
  3. Export from an acceptable program like Microsoft Money or Quicken; just follow the program’s HELP. Qif format file ,ofx format file and Excel format are supported by TradeMax.

Note:

If your online broker does not support any of the above formats, please contact them asking for the possible data file such as CSV file, a text file (tab delimited) or a QIF file

Download Data From BOA Investment


To download data file from BOA Investment:

  1. Log into your BOA account.
  2. Click Account Info and History.
  3. Set a specific time range.
  4. Click the Display History button.
  5. After the report displayed, select the report table or the whole page.
  6. Copy and paste the report data to a Excel document and save it as XLS file.
  7. Run TradeMax to import trade activity data from local file. Click the Next Button
  8. In Profile Name Dropdown list,Please select Profile Wizard(*.xls).

Download Data From Folio FN


To download data file from FolioFN:

  1. Log into FolioFN trading account.
  2. Go to the Download Center.
  3. Select the desired year of the data and click Download File
  4. Select a date range for your trade history and click Download Now.
  5. Click save button.
  6. Run TradeMax to import trade activity data from local file.

Download Data From Fidelity Investment


To download data file from Fidelity Investment:

  1. Log in your Fidelity Investments account.
  2. Click Accounts & Trade > Portfolio.

  3. Select History from the View Side Bar.
  4. Select the desired Time Period.
  5. Click Display button to view the Trade History.
  6. Click Download button.
  7. Press Save and save the data as csv file.Your downloaded file must be in this format as shown below, otherwise, you should set your profile in Profile Wizard dialog box to import
    your data into TradeMax.

Download Data from Goldman Sachs


To download data file from Goldman Sachs:

  1. Log to your Goldman Sachs account.
  2. Select Activity from the Online Reports menu.
  3. Set the report parameters then click the Search button.
  4. Click the Excel icon (just above the Search button).
  5. Click Save button.
  6. Run TradeMax to import trade activity data from local file. Click Next Button 
  7. In Profile Name Dropdown list,Please select Profile Wizard(*.xls).

 

Download From Lightspeed


To download data file from Lightspeed:

  1. Log into your Lightspeed trade account.
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT tab > APEX Online,
  3. select Account Information -> Trade Activity from its dropdown menu.
  4. Select Data Range.
  5. Save the file to your desired directory.
  6. Run TradeMax and setup a Lightspeed account to import trade activity data from local file.

Download From Penson Financial


To download data file from Penson Financial:

  1. Login your Penson Financial account.

  2. Click Account Information > Trade Activity.

  3. Set specific time range and click Go button.
  4. After your Trade History report displays, your report should contain the right columns as shown below:Account Type | Trade Date | Settle Date | Exec Time | Trade Number | CUSIP/Symbol | ISIN | Description | Buy/Sell | Qy | Price | Principal Amt | Comm | Other Comm | Net Amount | Curr
  5. Click Download Data icon.

  6. Select Delimited text file and Comma delimited and then click the Download now button.
  7. Press Save to save the report as txt file.
  8. Your downloaded TXT file must be in this format as shown below, otherwise, you should set your profile in profile wizard dialog box to import your data into TradeMax.

    If you find the downloaded file format is different from the above formats, you should set your profile in Profile Wizard.

  9. Run TradeMax to import trade activity data from local file.

Download Data From Southwest Securities


To download data file from Southwest Securities:
  1. Log into your Southwest Securities trading account.
  2. Go to the customer reports section.
  3. Select View Trade Reports and click on the latest Trade report.
  4. Select the entire page or report table.

    Please make sure you select the field name header line.

  5. Click Edit>Copy in web browser.
  6. Paste into a Excel document, then save it as XLS file.
  7. Run TradeMax to import trade activity data from local file. Click Next Button  
  8. In Profile Name Dropdown list,Please select Profile Wizard(*.xls).

 

Download Data From Spear, Leeds, Kellogg


To download data file from Spear, Leeds, Kellogg:

  1. Log into the SLK account.
  2. Click Online Reports > Activity.
  3. Select your account from its dropdown list and click the Create Report button.

  4. Set a date range then click the Search button.
  5. Click on the Tools button to display the Download to Excel button.
  6. Click the Download to Excel button .
  7. Click Save button.
  8. Run TradeMax to import trade activity data from local file. Click Next Button
  9. In Profile Name Dropdown list,Please select Profile Wizard(*.xls).
